Calm AF Co. Warranty
Structural Warranty
Your shelter’s structure is covered for as long as you own the home where it was originally installed. This covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the structural integrity of your shelter.
Workmanship Warranty
All installation work is covered for 1 year from the date of install. If any issues arise from our workmanship - such as anchoring, leveling or sealant concerns - we will fix it at no cost during the first year.
Non-Structural Components
The following components are covered for 1 year from the date of installation:

Doors, hinges, locks, and hardware

Ventilation components
-
Benches and stairs
When the Warranty is Voided
To keep your coverage active, your shelter must be properly used and maintained.
The warranty will be void if:

The shelter is moved, removed, or reinstalled by anyone other than Calm AF Co.

The shelter is modified or altered after installation
-
Maintenance is neglected or manufacturer care recommendations are not followed
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover cosmetic or aesthetic concerns, including:

Paint finish
-
Surface scratches
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Other appearance-related issues that do not affect structural integrity
Transferability
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and the home where the shelter was installed. If you sell your home, please contact us, we may be able to offer a transfer option for the new owner.
